Mini Pizza Cookie

Thought what a better way to start then with a snack that is easy to make with the kids... Let them create their own pizza cookie to snack on during movie time...

1 20-ounce tube of refrigereated sugar cookie dough

2 cups ( 16 ounces) prepared pink frosting

M&M Chocolate Mini Baking Bits

Variety of additional toppings such as: shredded coconut, granola, raisins, nuts, small prezel sticks, snack mixes, popped corn, and mini marshmellows

Preheat oven to 350 degree's.  Lightly grease cookie sheets and set aside.  Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.  On lightly floured surface, roll each portion of dough into 1/4-inch-thick circles; place about 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets.  Bake 10-13 minutes or untill golden brown on edges.  Cool completely on wire racks.  Spread top of each pizza with frosting; sprinkle with M&M's and as many toppings as the kids want on their pizza.  Let frosting set for about 1 hour and enjoy.

  1. you can add some gummy bears, or cover it with white icing and crumbled oreo cookies, then put some gummy worms on it like it's a worm pile...

  2. you can also put fruit on top of the icing and make a fruit pizza..slices of banana, kiwi and strawberries are yummy!
